Invitation Letters for Visa Applications

If you require an invitation letter to process your visa, please send us the following information:

  • Full name
  • Institution you represent
  • Position or job title
  • Passport number
  • Nationality

We are currently issuing the first batch of invitation letters. Feel free to request yours at any time.

Recommended Accommodation

We recommend staying in the neighborhood of Recoleta, a safe and charming area with plenty of restaurants and tourist attractions. Although INTI is not located in central Buenos Aires, Recoleta offers a good balance between comfort and accessibility.

Hotels in Recoleta:

Recoleta includes options ranging from budget-friendly to 4- and 5-star hotels, all in a tourist-friendly and safe zone.

Note: Transportation between Recoleta and INTI will be provided from the Dazzler Recoleta Hotel. If you decide to stay in Recoleta, we recommend choosing accommodation close to this hotel.

Getting Around Buenos Aires

Buenos Aires has a reliable and generally safe public transport system.
We recommend using:

  • Subway (Subte) or Train: Fast and efficient, especially to avoid traffic.
  • Buses (Colectivos): Widely available but may be slower due to traffic conditions.
  • Taxi, Uber, or similar apps: Readily available and reasonably priced.

 

Depending on the area and time of day, traffic can be heavy. That’s why we suggest using the subway or train over buses or cars when possible.
